Topics:      We will study Cartesian coordinates, straight lines and their equations and slopes, curves, derivatives (including graphing, related rates, and maxima/minima problems), anti-derivatives, and The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus.  We will spend time throughout the course experimenting with, and using, a computer algebra and graphing package to help solve calculus problems.

Grade:       There will be four exams and 5 Derive assignments worth 1/2 of an exam plus weekly quizzes counting for 5% of final grade.
